Our 95% Wicked Dark Amaze Bar makes these rich, chewy paleo-friendly brownies extra Wicked. We adapted a recipe from one of our favorite bloggers, Juli Bauer of PaleOMG to make these healthy, fruit-based, grain-free indulgences that satisfy your sweet tooth without tons of refined sugar. Simply combine everything in a food processor, then spread in a pan and bake.
Yields 8 large brownies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried figs
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 Taza 95% Wicked Dark Amaze Bars, chopped
To Prepare:
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor combine dried figs, dates and raisins and pulse until finely chopped. Add beaten eggs and maple syrup and pulse until combined, then add coconut flour, baking powder and baking soda and pulse until a dough forms.
3. Melt coconut oil and chopped chocolate over low heat in a saucepan, then with the food processor is running, add the melted chocolate mixture to the dough.
4. Spread mixture into a greased 11 by 7 inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
