The @thesaltedsweets combined delicious ingredients to bring you this crispy, crunchy, chocolatey granola that is perfect for snacking and topping!!
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1 pack (2 discs) Salted Almond, chopped
Flaked salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Preheat oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
•Mix oats, coconut, almonds, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
•Combine coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla and heat until smooth. (I do in the microwave)
•Pour wet ingredients over oat mixture and stir to combine.
•Spread on baking sheet. Pat down and sprinkle with salt.
•Bake for 30 minutes, stirring half way through.
•Let cool completely without breaking apart. This helps if you like having larger chunks.
•Mix in Taza chocolate.
•Store in an airtight container.
