We’re so close, and we’re so excited! Construction is wrapping up on our newest project: the Taza Chocolate Bar at the new Boston Public Market! At the Taza Chocolate Bar, chocolate makers will grind organic cacao beans using a molino, then whip up fresh hot and iced chocolate drinks unlike anything you’ve ever tasted!
The Boston Public Market is a permanent, year-round, self-sustaining market featuring fresh, locally sourced food brought directly to and from the diverse people that make up Massachusetts and New England. It’s the only locally sourced market of its kind in the United States. Everything sold at the Market is produced or originates in New England.
Taza has been making stone ground chocolate from bean to bar in Somerville, MA, for close to a decade, so we’re thrilled to bring our stone mills to this vibrant new market and share our perfectly unrefined chocolate with even more people! We’re especially excited that we will be stone grinding cacao beans right on site, where visitors will be able to watch and connect to the chocolate making process firsthand. We’ll also have our full range of chocolate bars, discs, and treats available for sale, of course.
The Boston Public Market is scheduled to open on July 30. For directions, news, and updates, visit their website. See you at the Taza Chocolate Bar!
